We are committed to delivering orders quickly and efficiently while providing the best paw-sible service. Below, you’ll find important details about our fulfillment process, including order processing times and transit & delivery estimates.
Order Processing Time
Processing time (prior to shipping) depends on the shipping destination and the selected shipping method (Standard or Expedited).
Standard Shipping (Domestic & International):
Orders are processed within up to 4 days (Monday through Saturday).
Expedited Shipping (United States Only)
Expedited shipping (2-Day or Next-Day Delivery) is only available for items shipping from California.
- Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) by 12:00 PM PST / 3:00 PM EST: Ship the same day
- Orders placed Monday through Friday after 12:00 PM PST / 3:00 PM EST, Saturday/ Sunday, or on holidays: Ship the following business day
Transit & Delivery Time
Once your order is shipped, transit times will vary based on your selected shipping method and destination
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to follow your package’s journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.
